Create a page focusing on target keyword, on your blog with focusing target keyword, update with some posts, mention other blogs with a link or two and you are almost close by. Create one RSS feed at least from each one and submit them as in one.

3. Yahoo Answers - Enter in and give answers on something relevant to your targeted keyword. So ask a question regarding your target keyword. Of course, leaving a link is required for your target website. Take care! Never commercialize too much, be useful and helpful, and better things will come.

4. Forums - Google supports active forums with high population. Look out for forums that are related to your targeted keyword.
